Dear Matt:
Well, it's almost time to close the pond for the winter and we are very reluctant to do so. We cannot begin to tell you how many hours of enjoyment it has brought us or the numbers of countless compliments we have received. The pond is aestheically beautiful because of your careful planning and implementation. To say that you did a fantastic job would be an understatement.
We also would like to thank you for your service help. I cannot remember one time when you did not respond promptly with answers to our questions via phone or the many times you personally came out to insure that everything was working smoothly.
AND you were so right, the fish are fine and we love them! Your enthusiasm for what you do is contagious. See you in the Spring.

Dear Matt:
Being an engineer, by education, I don't always look at something from an aesthetic point of view. However, now that the trees, plants, etc. have revealed themselves, I can more completely apprise the job you did on our waterfall. We have added some water plants and adjusted some of our plantings. The bottom line is that we are very pleased with the job you did. Your creativity in designing the multi-falls is especially significant. The cost was a bit more than we originally expected, but as the old adage says: "you get what you pay for". We especially appreciated the way you followed-up with the extra stones (at no additional cost) along the border. They made a big difference! Also, the flagstone walkway finished off and integrated the whole job.
In summary, Sharon and I are very pleased with your creativity of design, quality of work and attitude toward providing "customer satisfaction".
We will enthusiastically recommend you to our interested friends and acquaintances.

Dear Matt,
One word...UNBELIEVABLE. We returned home from our trip last Saturday to the biggest surprise, a brand new backyard. It is amazing what was accomplished in just a few days. When we left, our yard was just a sea of grass, upon our return it was like walking out the door to a whole new destination. A COMPLETE transformation.
Everyone is so excited. We can't keep the neigbors from peeking over the fence, ringing the doorbell, asking if they can bring their friends into the yard to show them our little paradise. We truly are the envy of the neighborhood.
And, as you promised...no maintenance. Ray and I spend less time maintaining the pond each week than we did mowing the grass that it replaced.
Thank you so much for introducing our family to your passion. Your professionalism and artistic touches truly are a gift.

We wanted to take a moment to thank you for making such a drastic impression on our lives. Two years ago when we first met you, you sparked a curiousity in us about water gardening. Your excitement and passion for what you did made a lasting impression on us.
As you know, Tim and I both work extreme hours in a hectic industry. It wasn't unil his heart attack a few months ago, that we realized we needed to make a change. We had kept all of the wonderful information you had initially given us (and of course all of your e-mail's and newsletters) and thought maybe it was time to give you a call. When you arrived for our consultation, you were even more excited and passionate than you had been two years ago. We had never met a contractor that showed so much enthusiasm. We just knew you had to be the one.
Since the installation, I can't begin to describe how much our lives have changed. No more do we both get home and head straight to our laptops. Now we head straight to the backyard to see what's new. Tim brings his laptop outside occassionally. (He says it's the perfect home office). We eat dinner as a family more often that we ever did, on the deck "Along The Waters' Edge". I could go on forever how this new element has changed our lives and way of thinking....And we owe it all to you. Thank you so much for introducing us to this new way of living.
